Yes. If you have a loan or lease on your vehicle, we will ask for additional information after you upload your title, like your lender / lessor and pay-off or buyout amount. We’ll verify this amount and make sure the correct amount is netted out of your final check.

You can often locate your vehicle’s VIN near the bottom driver’s side corner of its windshield or on the driver’s side door jamb. Take a photo with the entire VIN visible.

Your odometer shows the mileage on your vehicle. Sit in the driver’s seat, start your vehicle and locate the odometer on the dashboard. Take a head-on photo with the mileage visible.

We provide you an upload link during the Title section of your checkout experience.  But if you miss it, you can upload photos and documents anytime by clicking on your vehicle in the Active Transactions section of your Dashboard.
